Yogurt Substitution Chart
In “Eureka! It’s Greek Yogurt,” an article in the December 2013 issue of School Nutrition, author Penny McLaren writes that Greek yogurt can be used in a wide variety of recipe applications, including as a substitution for ingredients that are higher in fat. Use this chart as a guide when using Greek yogurt in place of traditional ingredients.
