NOTE:  The Keynote Luncheon, Banquet, and Breakfast & Closing Event are complimentary when purchasing a full registration, but you MUST check the events if you plan to attend, so SNA can guarantee space for them.

Registration Tips

  • Registrations received after January 23, 2009 will be processed at the onsite registration rates.
  • All individuals registering before February 2, 2009, will be mailed a confirmation letter.  Plan to pick up your final program, badge and other materials at the SNA Registration Desk in the hotel.
  • Transfers: Registrants who are unable to attend the conference may transfer their registration to another individual within the same organization provided advance written notice is forwarded to SNA at or faxed to 703-739-3915. Please provide your name and the individual's name to whom you are transferring your registration. All transfers must be received by February 2, 2009 and cannot be accepted onsite.
  • Cancellations: All cancellations will be assessed a $50 administrative fee.  Any cancellations must be made in writing and received by January 23, 2009.  No refunds will be made after January 23.
  • GCNF Benefit Gala:  To purchase tickets for the sixth annual A Possible Dream Gala, please contact Nicole Bernard, GCNF Operations Coordinator, at (800) 877-8822, ext. 150, or
  • Make a copy of the completed Registration Form for your records.
