2 Ways To Register 

  1. FAX: CREDIT CARDS ONLY. Download the CNIC 2010 registration form (pdf) and fax the completed registration form with credit card information to: SNA, Attention: CNIC Registration at (301) 686-3115. SNA ONLY accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and AmEx.

    Please do not fax the registration form after Monday, January 4, 2010. Please bring the registration with you onsite after this date.

  2. MAIL: Send registration form & payment to: SNA Accounting Dept., PO Box 791004, Baltimore, MD 21279-1004. Be sure to include the invidual’s name on the check stub or purchase order for proper payment credit.

Note: The 19th Hole Networking Reception is complimentary when purchasing a full registration, but you MUST check the event if you plan to attend, so SNA can guarantee space.
