Exhibitor Registration & Housing Opens in January 2012: The Online Exhibitor Registration will open on the SNA website in January 2012. The School Nutrition Association has planned an outstanding series of education sessions and General Sessions. We encourage you to attend these sessions and learn more about the Child Nutrition Industry. Each company receives five (5) complimentary badges per 10x10 booth space purchased. Once your company goes over their badge allotment, there is a $75 fee for additional badges. No badges, above your allotment will be processed without payment. Online Registration allows you to make changes and additions to your badge order up until the time the site closes on Friday, June 29. (Badges will not be mailed, but available for pick up on-site at the registration desk at the Colorado Convention Center).

No one under 16 years of age is permitted into the Exhibit Hall or on the Loading Docks at any time – no exceptions! This includes family members as well as booth character personnel and applies during installation, dismantling and on exposition days (July 13 – July 19, 2012). No exceptions will be made.

This Conference Badge is for Exhibitors only! False certification of individuals as Exhibitor representatives, misuse of Exhibitor badges, or any method or device used to assist unauthorized persons to gain admission to the conference shall be cause for expelling the violators from the exhibit hall.

School Nutrition Professionals cannot register as an Exhibitor. If your organization is sponsoring a Food Service Professional, please complete the Foodservice Attendee Registration form. If a company registers a school nutrition professional, the attendee will not receive their CEUs, tickets to special events and SNA will issue an invoice.

Submit Your Company Program Guide Description today!: This information must be submitted by February 29th, 2012 in order for companies to be listed in the 2012 ANC Attendee Program Guide. The Program Guide gives the audience an overview profile about your company. It is an important "information-tool" for the ANC attendees. Exhibitor Service Kit: All contracted exhibitors will have the convenience of online service when ordering their materials to set-up booths. In Spring 2012, exhibitors will receive notice when the link to the Service Kit is available. All booth payments must be paid in full in order to gain access to the Service Kit.
