How to Enter
School nutrition professionals or employees employed by a school district or school nutrition operation, who complete the online form and submit a “What’s On the Horizon for School Nutrition?” entry, are automatically entered into the prize drawing. There is no separate entry form for the drawing. No responsibility is assumed by SNA, and entrants waive all claims for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries or for any problems of technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer equipment, software, failure of any internet service provider or any combination thereof including without limitation any damage to entrant's or any other person's computer resulting from participation in this promotion.
“What’s On the Horizon for School Nutrition?” Entry
Submission of a “What’s On the Horizon for School Nutrition?” entry to the sweepstakes grants the School Nutrition Association ("SNA") and those acting with its authority the right to use, reuse, publish and republish, copy, and modify the “What’s On the Horizon for School Nutrition?” submission. The submission shall be considered the copyrighted property of the School Nutrition Association (SNA). The content of the “What’s On the Horizon for School Nutrition?” subject is subject to modification by SNA including but not limited to title and grammar changes. Usage may include and is not limited to usage at ANC 2012, SNA promotional materials, the schoolnutrition.org website, magazines, and television.
Three (3) ANC Denver 2012 registrations will be awarded total. Each prize includes one (1) annual conference registration fee only and does not include airfare, land transportation, meals, hotel accommodations or any other expenses. Three winners will each receive one free ANC registration in April 2012. United States federal, state & local taxes and any other applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. No purchase necessary.
Winners selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about April 30, 2012. Winners will be notified by email within 5 business days of drawing date. A prize winner may choose to decline the prize upon notification if he/she so wishes. If SNA is unable to contact potential winner(s) by email or if any potential winner fails to respond to the prize notification within 14 days of issuance of notification or if any winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, an alternate winner shall be selected through another random drawing. If, in SNA’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the contest, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, SNA reserves the right to terminate the promotion and conduct a random drawing to award ANC registrations using all currently eligible entries received as of the termination date. Should the promotion be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on www.schoolnutrition.org/anc.
This promotion is open to registered users, age 18 years or older, who are school nutrition professionals or employees employed by a school district or school nutrition operation, U.S. residents only, who complete the entry process. A registered user is someone who has completed the sign up process. A prize winner is not eligible for subsequent drawings. This promotion is not open to current SNA board members, employees of SNA or immediate family members. By entering, participants without limitation, release and hold harmless SNA and its affiliates, licensees, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind in connection with this contest or acceptance and use of a prize won. One entry per person is allowed. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary.
The names of winners will be available after the winners have been officially notified. Postings can be found on www.schoolnutrition.org/anc.
