Each year, SNA works hard to keep your overall conference costs as low as possible. Our group arrangements with the official ANC hotels in Nashville provide members with discounts that allow SNA to keep your registration fees low, as well as protective clauses to prevent them being shut out from a hotel. Therefore, we ask you to book your ANC hotel reservation through our designated housing bureau and not through the hotel.

The Radisson is just a seven-minute walk from the Gaylord. Complimentary shuttle bus transportation will be available between the Radisson and the Gaylord throughout the conference.

Air Travel
Nashville is served by Nashville International Airport (BNA), www.flynashville.com, located just a few miles from the downtown area. To reserve your airline tickets, you may use MacNair Travel Agency, (800) 833-4382 and www.macnairtravel.com, or other Internet travel services, such as Orbitz, Expedia and Travelocity.

Ground Transportation
The Gaylord Opryland and the Radisson both offer daily shuttle service to and from the airport for approximately $40 roundtrip. To book your shuttle, visit www.gaylordhotels.com/gaylord-opryland. Taxis and other transportation services are also readily available from the airport.

Traveling by Car
Nashville is easily accessible by car as it sits at the intersection of a number of interstate highways. For directions to the Gaylord Opryland, log on to www.gaylordhotels.com/gaylord-opryland. Parking at the Gaylord is $18 per day for overnight self-parking and $26 per day for overnight valet parking.
