The Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010 outlines the requirements for establishing professional standards for school foodservice directors, managers, all other school nutrition staff and state agency nutrition directors. The speakers, including USDA Senior Nutritionist Jan Barrett, SNA Dean of Education Danny Seymour and SNA Certification & Credentialing Manager Miles Truax, discussed the new standards, as well as tips on how school districts can implement them.
