The following pre-conference sessions can be added to your registration. Please indicate which session you plan to attend when registering.

PRE-CONFERENCE SESSIONS (Monday, December 9)
Food Service Management Company Contract Oversight: Responsibilities of the State Agency, 1:00–5:00 pm; $75
Orientation to State Agency Administration: An Overview of State Agency Program Operations, 1:00–5:00 pm; $75

Confirmations and Onsite Registration

All registrations will be confirmed with a confirmation letter. Please refer to your letter to verify registration and activities. Plan to pick up your final program, badge and other materials at the SNA Registration Desk at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City. Onsite registrations also will be accepted at the prevailing rates.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing and received on or before November 19, 2013. SNA will assess a $50 administrative fee on all cancellations. No refunds will be made after November 19, 2013 or for NO-SHOWS.

Transfer Policy

Registrants who are unable to attend the conference may transfer their registration to another individual within their organization. To transfer your registration, please send your request in writing to Markita Bullock, at m_bullock@schoolnutrition.org, or fax to (301) 686-3115, attention: Markita Bullock. All transfers must be received in advance and cannot be accepted onsite.
