The School Nutrition Foundation (SNF) in partnership with the United States Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service’s Office of Food Safety will be offering a FREE Peer2Peer call on Tuesday, February 21, 2011 from 2:00-3:00 pm EST entitled: "Peer2Peer Connect Q & A Session on Produce Specifications."
This 60 minutes Q & A discussion will allow SNA members and non-members to connect and share ideas, resources, comments, and questions around quality, condition and grade standards and how applying these standards can improve specifications and help save money when purchasing produce.
