SNA Discounted Room Rates
$77*per night, single/double occupancy
*subject to 10% and $2.00 per night occupancy tax; Government ID must be shown at check-in to receive the group rate of $77. Group rates are not available prior to or after the event dates.
Rooms are issued on a first come, first served basis until November 5, 2011. Please note, the SNA discounted rate will not be available after the cut-off date of November 5 or prior to that date if the room block is full. Please make your reservation early to take advantage of the discounted rate. Be sure to indicate that you are attending the USDA/State Agency Conference to receive the special group rate. All rates are subject to all prevailing taxes and assessments.
Cancellation policy: Individual deposits are refundable, provided notice of cancellation is received by the hotel by 5p.p local hotel time at least three business (3) days prior to reserved date of arrival.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
From Interstate 64, take exit 238 onto Route 143 East. Follow Route 143 to the second traffic light and bear right onto Route 132 (Henry Street). Continue on Henry Street through the Historic Area. Norfolk and Richmond International airports can be reached within 45 minutes, Newport News-Williamsburg Airport within 20 minutes, and Williamsburg-Jamestown Airport within 5 minutes. Connections to Colonial Williamsburg’s hotels are available daily from all airports (except Williamsburg-Jamestown).
