I am being asked to submit a username and password. What should I do?
Access the webinar directly from the link in the confirmation email. If you can not find your confirmation email, click on the registration link for the webinar that you are trying to view at www.schoolnutrition.org/foodallergy. If you type www.gotowebinar.com into your internet browser, you will be asked to log in as a registered user . You will not be able to find the webinar by going to the GoTo Webinar website.
I logged in early and I am waiting for the webinar to begin, but nothing seems to be happening.
Prior to the actual start of the webinar, you may see the “Welcome Screen”. The webinar will start at 2:30 Eastern Daylight Time. The “Welcome Screen” will not appear until the webinar broadcast has been officially started.
I can’t hear anything? Is something wrong?
In the waiting room, you should be able to hear music. If there is no music, check to make sure that your computer speakers or headset are plugged in, on, and unmuted.
I see that this is a “toll” call. Do I need to call in?
If your computer has speakers, you will be able to hear the webinar out of the computer speakers. Make sure that they are plugged in, on, and unmuted. If you can hear the music in the waiting room, you will be able to hear the webinar broadcast. If your computer does not have speakers, you can use a headset microphone or dial in on the telephone. If you do choose to dial in, you will incur charges for the call according to your individual calling plan.
Where can I find the powerpoint slides?
The powerpoint slides are located at www.schoolnutrition.org/foodallergy. You may need to click on “Part 2” or “Part 3” at the top of the page or scroll down the page to view materials for Part 2 or Part 3.
Where can I find the CEU form?
The Proof of Attendance Certificate is located at www.schoolnutrition.org/foodallergy. There is a unique certificate for each of the three parts to the webinar series. You may need to click on “Part 2” or “Part 3” at the top of the page or scroll down the page to view materials for Part 2 or Part 3.
I am watching on my friend’s computer. Do I need to let SNA know so that I can get CEUs?
No, you may still download and complete the Proof of Attendance certificate.
I am busy today and unable to attend. Do I need to let SNA know so that I can be removed from the registration list?
