SNF in partnership with USDA to host 3 webinars on understanding and addressing food allergies in schools

The School Nutrition Foundation (SNF) in partnership with USDA will be offering a series of three FREE webinars on food allergy management in schools. The series will be moderated by Jeannie Sneed.  Attendees are encouraged to participate in all three webinars as a sequential series. The content will be independent and attendees may opt to participate in some or all parts of the series. All webinars will be available as recorded archives after the live event. The dates and titles of each webinar are as follows.

SNF and USDA have also partnered to offer an 8 hour pre-conference workshop on managing food allergies in schools on Sunday, June 28 at SNA’s Annual National Conference in Las Vegas! To register, visit www.schoolnutrition.org/anc2009 !

SNA CEU Credit

SNA members may earn 1 continuing education unit (CEU) for participating in the webinar. As this webinar is NOT an SNA-sponsored event, but rather is sponsored by the School Nutrition Foundation (SNF), CEU’s will NOT be automatically recorded in the SNA database. According to the SNA CEU Guidelines, for non-SNA-sponsored events individuals are required to maintain their own documentation of credits earned. Proof of Attendance

A proof of attendance form will be available for all participants immediately following the live webinar. Please print this "Proof of Attendance" document and save it for your records as it will serve as verification in the event you are asked to provide CEU documentation for an SNA Certification Audit. Certificates of Completion will NOT be issued for these webinars.

If more than one person viewed the webinar at your computer, please print a separate copy of this document for each individual interested in earning SNA CEU credit for their participation in the webinar. For further information, please refer to the section entitled "SNA CEU Credit" above.
