School nutrition program directors/supervisors, managers, and employees will have the opportunity to learn about the benefits of breakfast, ways to get students excited about breakfast, and types of alternative breakfast service options. Moderator Ali VanGorden will discuss and share best practices for expanding school breakfast through alternative locations, while three operator panelists, including 2008-2009 SNA President Katie Wilson, will share the details of their own school breakfast programs.
