September 28, 2012 – Calling all STEPS Challenge participants! The next monthly challenge begins on October 1st. October’s challenge, Buddy Up for Fitness, rewards you for getting active with friends, family and coworkers. Pairing up with a fitness buddy provides motivation for you to stick to your exercise plan, and also makes physical activity more fun!
To get started, download and print your tracking sheet, grab an exercise buddy and get moving! October’s prize is Jillian Michaels’ Fitness for Beginners DVD—five participants will each win a copy. To learn more about the October challenge and prize drawing, visit www.schoolnutrition.org/steps.
