Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Denver is nicknamed the Mile High City because it is exactly 5,280 feet above sea level – or one mile high. You can even stand on the “mile high” step at the State Capitol Building.

And with over 850 miles of paved, off street bike trails the possibilities are endless.
