November 1, 2013 – The School Nutrition Foundation (SNF), in partnership with the Mushroom Council will host a FREE webinar entitled, “Menuing Mushrooms: Strategies to Extend Meat Entrées, Add Veggies and Gain Student Approval,” on Wednesday, November 13, 2013, from 2:00 to 3:15 pm EST (1:00 pm Central, 12:00 pm Mountain, 11:00 am Pacific).

They can play a starring role in extending portion size and adding an extra vegetable serving while maintaining calorie, fat and sodium maximums.
